This tutorial will guide you through the simple setups guide & instructions for a Samsung or LG Smart TV.

Option# 1: You can use Duplex Play app:

1. Go to the Apps sections on your Smart TV (Samsung Smart Hub or LG Store Connect).
2. Search for this app (Duplex Play), Install & open the app.
3. After you open the app, you should see your Device ID & Key ID.
4. Open this website: http://edit.duplexplay.com
5. Add your Device ID & Key ID as showing in the below screenshot:

6- Then click on “Add Playlist” as showing in the below screenshot:

7- Add your IPTV Subscription details as showing in the below screenshot:

• Playlist Name: Add any name (For example your name).
• Playlist URL: (Check your email).
• XMLTV EPG URL: (Check your email).

Note: If you placed the order with us. You should receive an email with the login details (Check your email within 1 minute after you complete the order with us).

Important Note: Please note that Duplex Play is a third-party app.
7 days free trial to use the app then you need to pay $2 USD per year and this payment will go to the app owner (Not for us). You need to have an Andriod phone or tablet to be able to renew.

Otherwise, we can do the app activation for you and it will cost you the following:

Option# 2:  You can use IPTV Smatrers app:

1. Go to the Apps sections on your Smart TV (Samsung Smart Hub or LG Store Connect).
2. Search for this app (IPTV Smarters). Install & open the app.
3. Use your subscription login details as showing in the below screenshot:

Option# 3:  You can use Smart IPTV app:

See the below instructions:

1. Go to the Apps section, install and Launch the ‘Smart IPTV’ app.
2. Write a note of the ‘TV MAC Address’ which is displayed on the screen.
3. If you placed the order with us, please check your email to get the playlist URL.
4. Go to https://siptv.app/mylist/ from any web browser.
5. Go to (MAC) field and enter your “TV Mac address”.
6. Go to (URL) field and use All IPTV playlist URL given by email.
7. Press on the Send button.
8. Restart the ‘Smart IPTV’ app or TV.

Notes:

• If you have any problems with the playlist loading you can place a check in the ‘Save Online’ checkbox.
• In order to view the channel groups/ Category, press the blue button on your remote control or the Groups button on the TV screen.

Final Note: If you can’t find the above three apps, please do a search for IPTV. You should be able to see some other apps such as (Net IPTV or Set IPTV). You can use anyone and follow the instructions on the TV screen. it’s almost the same setup instructions like Duplex Play & Smart IPTV app.

Roku device Installation Setup (Update 24-November-2020): 

1- First, please download the installation setup guide from this link:  https://bit.ly/V2Rokusetup

2- Download Roku channel ZIP file from this link: https://bit.ly/V2roku2020

3- After you complete the setup, please wait for some time >> then go to Roku device home page >> IPTV Smarters Pro (dev), the app should be added there, and you should see the below screen:

4- Open Smarters Player app, then enter your login details as showing below:

• Username: (If you subscribed with us, please check your email)
• Password: (If you subscribed with us, please check your email)
• URL: (If you subscribed with us, please check your email)
• That’s All … Enjoy Watching!

MAG device Installation Setup:

Connect your MAG device to TV and the Internet. Then do the following:

1. Go to: Settings—> System Settings —> Servers—>Portals
2. Set Portal 1 Name ( Any name )
3. Set Portal 1 URL ( Check your E-mail )
4. Set Portal 2 Name ( Check your E-mail ) add this only If you order the second subscription or leave this empty.
5. Set Portal 2 URL ( see into your E-mail ) add this only If you order the second subscription or leave this empty.
6. Save everything.
7. Reboot the device.
8. After the box is restarted, wait until the TV screen shows the channels.
